Are designer bags like Gucci or Chanel or Fendi cheaper in Europe than America?

I really want one and I'm going to Italy, Greece, France, and Spain in two days. Are they cheaper there or still upwards of $1000?|||If you are buying the same products that are here in the States they will probably cost about the same if you get your duty free tax back at the airport when you leave. There are several outlets that you can go to Gucci, Fendi, and Prada near Florence. The Gucci and Fendi outlet is located at a place called "The Mall", and the Prada outlet is located at a place called the "Barberino" outlet. The bags are usually from previous season, but if you purchase the one's that are more classic it really doesn't matter. you might be more apt to find cheap knock offs in the cities, but it doesnt sound like you are in the market for fake bags...





you usually find the cheapest bags in the asian countries or south american countries because that is where they are usually made.

They're not going to cost any more because of foreign currency exchange rates.....which are meant to judge the worth of one currency for another. Just because approx. 2.5 dollars is equal to 1 euro doesn't mean you'll spend more money, since 1,000 euros is equal to $2,500 (its the same amount and you're not spending any more or less)|||$1000 is not enough to buy a current authentic bag...but more than one replica bags..
