Uh, they have all of those brands in Japan, as well as Shiseido. My wife is partial to Shiseido, despite being Anglo...but she was born in and grew up in Japan...people in the US are always commenting on how great her style is...and what a tub of lard I look like.
Japan is very style conscious...and the brands you mentioned are world-class and available anywhere in the world.
Just Google the word, "Shibuya" or "Japanese Women's Magazine's" and you will see what I mean.
