A waitress spilled my margarita on me and on my expensive Fendi clutch/purse. Who should take responsibilty?

The owner was being an *** and the Fendi clutch/purse is ruined.|||That's ridiculous you should definitely make them pay you for it. I don't know, it seems like the restaurant would have to pay by taking money from the waitresses wages. If the owner was being unreasonable about it you might take legal action? I don't know how it would work but you should definitely try and get the money for what its worth.|||The restaurant should have handled the expenses, anything up to replacing your purse. Hopefully you got the name of the owner and taken the picture of the damage done to your purse just in case you decide to take legal action. Then again is it worth it to hire an attorney which is probably more expensive?

If the owner was being an ***, then the restaurant was not fancy enough for you and your purse.|||Uusally the waitress would pay for it....but you could always call headoffive and complain|||If the owner gives you no satisfaction, weigh getting a tv attorney. It's cost vs. reward, never go back, tell all your friends and call 7-on-your-side. Maybe picket.
